Property Management

As we continue to grow our business, we’ve expanded our property management services and introduced new software to assist our clients (property owners) and their tenants. This new program allows owners to maintain information on a cloud based system including lease agreements, insurance certificates, monitor rent payments and tax payments (where applicable) and more. 

Tenants will also have access to the property management system through a tenant‘s portal. Here they can track their payments, upload new certificates of insurance as well as licenses, etc. Tenants will also be able to submit service requests, print out reports for accounting purposes as well as track terms and changes to their lease agreements such as escalation clause, notice periods for renewal or notice of non renewal, and more. 

The portal is in the final stages of development but should be ready to launch by September 1, 2025.
